We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. Therefore, we ask you to check this Privacy Notice occasionally to ensure that you are aware of the most recent version. We will notify you of any changes where we are required to do so.
When we use these capitalized terms, they have the following definitions:

What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?
Indivior will collect certain Personal Information that you provide to us voluntarily. Such information may be used to help us provide services or to provide you with information about specific products. For example, we may collect Personal Information you share with us when you fill out a questionnaire, sign up for a survey or otherwise interact with us. This information may be collected through our website(s) or by other means, and may include your first and last name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, country of citizenship, billing information, social security number, and similar information. Other information may be collected if you choose to share it with us.
In addition to providing you with the service or information you request on our website, your Personal Information may also be used to help us track the way you use our website. Sharing Your Personal Information

We may provide information about you to service providers that perform certain functions or services on our behalf (for example, hosting our services, storing our data, managing databases, performing analyses, or sending communications for us). This data may include your name, address, email address and phone number. These companies are contractually limited in the ways in which they may use this information.
Information you choose to submit to one or more of the Indivior entities may be shared with part of the Indivior Group.
In the event Indivior, or its assets, is bought or sold, Personal Information may be included among the transferred business assets. In this case, a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your Personal Information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your Personal Information will be provided.
Indivior may disclose specific Personal Information if it determines that such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, such as to comply with a subpoena or to protect the safety of the public. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or respond to a government request, we may disclose Personal Information to the relevant authority. Indivior websites may contain links to other websites. Privacy policies at these other websites may be different from this one.
We use aggregate information, which does not identify individuals, to monitor site usage and customer traffic patterns to our websites and pages. This information is used to help us improve the design and layout of the content.
How We Protect Your Information
Indivior uses reasonable security techniques to help protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information collected from you at our websites. When you transmit Personal Information, it is stored on servers that Indivior has attempted to secure from unauthorized access or intrusion. Of course, no internet site or service can be made 100 percent secure, and Indivior cannot be and are not responsible for unauthorized access to information by hackers who have obtained access through illegal measures.
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of the Personal Information you transmit to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.

How Long Will Indivior Keep Your Personal Information?
Indivior will keep Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We reserve the right to retain your Personal Information to the full extent not prohibited by law (e.g., for the length of a statute of limitations). We may discard Personal Information in our discretion, so you should retain your own records. Often it is not feasible or advisable to discard Personal Information (such as commingled Personal Information), so we reserve the right to retain and treat it as inactive or discarded (such as removing traditional “pointers” to it).
Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. This includes the specific pieces of information that we have collected about you. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see section below), we will disclose to you:

Deletion Request Rights

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative. This may include a request to provide documents proving your identity, including your name and/or address.
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the Personal Information relates to you.
We will only use the Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format
We will confirm receipt of a request to know or request to delete within ten days. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at our option.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
